Course Description:
The pharmacy tech program is designed to prepare students for pharmacy inventory, assisting the pharmacist, helping customers and in some cases, compounding medications.

 

This program is designed to also provide students with theoretical knowledge, hands on practice skills and professional attributes required to entry level positions as Pharmacy Technicians. At the completion of this certificate, students are eligible to sit for the MedCA Pharmacy Technician certification exam.
